It was a beautiful, sunny day filled with paint-covered children, impressive artistic-athletics, kite-flying, Peruvian sandwiches, champagne-in-a-can, and so many good friends—new and old!

About the Event

Headlands is turning 30! In recognition of this momentous milestone, we’re throwing a birthday party festival, CARAVANNIVERSARY: Pods, Contraptions, and Relics in the Fort Barry Parade Ground of the Marin Headlands. An array of artist projects, games, bike & surf activities, artist-led hikes, musical entertainment, hands-on projects, and local artisan vendor booths will be on-site to delight and engage party-goers of all ages.
