An oceanfront workshop for outdoor-loving makers

Unplug and unwind this Labor Day and spend the weekend making and playing along the shores of the Marin Headlands’ Rodeo Beach. Master woodworker and board-sport designer Scott Constable of Deep Craft leads this place-based workshop offering a mix of outdoor activities, hands-on craft projects, and some always-needed downtime. Immerse yourself in the beauty of the Pacific Coast through skim and boogie board lessons, cliff-side hikes, and wilderness sketching. Work with master-craftspeople to design, shape, style, and finish your own skimboard, among other beach-inspired fine craft projects. Evenings will be spent enjoying good food and drink in the Mess Hall and around the campfire.
