Join us for a slow-cooked Mess Hall meal followed by a public conversation that explores how the principles of “slow” are applied across fields of creative practice and throughout contemporary culture. Presenters include Walter J. Hood (architect and designer), Virginia Hubbell (Director, Cittaslow USA), Lynda Grose (fashion designer), and Lance Winters (Master Distiller, St. George Spirits).
