While sheltering-in-place, Headlands Chef Damon Little and Sous Chef Cathy Kossack have been adapting some classic recipes from the Headlands Kitchen for making at home, and putting together some demos to share their techniques in action. With a little improvisation and a make-do-with-what-you-have-on-hand approach, we’re hoping you can bring a little of that Headlands flavor into your own kitchen.
