Breaking Bread: L.A.
Shared meals have long been integral to the Headlands experience, and a key part of those meals: bread. Headlands’ bread has been an iconic part of the organization reaching at least as far back as the installation of Ann Hamilton’s (AIR ’91) Mess Hall, commissioned in 1989. Join us in breaking bread with Alumni Artists from across our history, sharing stories about the impact of residencies on their artistic practices. This evening will conclude with a serving of Headlands’ sourdough, direct from the Mess Hall.
