Rebecca Martinez is a San Francisco based photographer who creates captivating images that evoke a cinematic quality. Recent bodies of work include Wounded, a series focusing on vintage mannequins and their decaying beauty, as well as the Pre Tender Series, involving lifelike baby dolls in unusual environments. Martinez has shown in numerous exhibitions at local venues including Robert Tat Gallery, Stephen Wirtz Gallery, George Krevsky Gallery and the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art Artist Gallery in San Francisco as well as several national venues across the country.
