Francesca Pastine is a visual artist whose projects result in an intense focus on craft, material, and the presence of the hand. Her work has been exhibited nationally at venues including Rena Bransten Gallery, San Francisco; Thomas McCormick Gallery, Chicago; James Harris Gallery, Seattle; the Mills College Art Museum; the Oakland Art Gallery; The Institute of Contemporary Art, San Jose; Dean Jensen Gallery, Milwuakee; and the Sofia City Gallery, Bulgaria. Pastine received her MFA from the San Francisco Art Institute. She lives and works in San Francisco.
