Mary Elizabeth Yarbrough culls images from vintage magazines, found ephemera and newspaper clippings, and reconstructs them using duct tape and contact paper. Her recent solo exhibitions include Silverman Gallery, San Francisco, and SCAIxSCAI, Tokyo, as well as group exhibitions at The Luggage Store, San Francisco, Samson Projects, Boston, Gavin Brown's Enterprise, New York, and Placemaker Gallery, Miami. She has a BFA from University of San Francisco and an MFA from California College of the Arts.
