Neighborhood Public Radio is an ever-evolving Oakland-based collective led by Lee Montgomery, Jon Brumit and Michael “Starve” Trigilio. NPR provides a venue for independent radio broadcasts on art, politics and society created by artists, musicians, activists and the community at large. NPR has been featured at Southern Exposure and Artists’ Television Access, San Francisco; ISEA 2006/ZeroOne, San Jose; Version 5 Festival, Chicago; and in collaboration with kuda.org of Novi Sad, Serbia during a visit sponsored by CEC ArtsLink.
